TRACY DUANY, OF COUNSEL

Tracy has over twenty-five years of experience representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury defense, medical malpractice defense, professional licensure issues, and appellate law. She has successfully defended claims on behalf of professionals, hospitals, businesses, and municipal corporations.

Tracy has also successfully represented insurance carriers in declaratory judgment and bad faith actions, including obtaining a favorable ruling from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirming her client’s rightful denial of coverage for alleged advertising injuries.
